Not only did she respond immediately but let me know the order was already done and would get to me in time so no need to upgrade shipping. I have never received such immediate response and was astounded at the speed of creation for a custom product.

There is no limit to the customization options that you can make on any of our products. We do however charge a design fee for orders that require changes beyond the simple color, font and text revisions.
Any item with custom maps and illustrations are charged a $50 design fee.
