My husband, John, and I fully support the American Dream of owning a small business and realizing personal success. Having both worked for large corporations, we've realized that running our own business is much more fulfilling for us.
We started Lizotte Enterprises, LLC as a way to help other small business owners launch their projects. The next thing we knew, we'd caught that entrepreneur bug and we'd developed several products and business ideas of our own.
Today, we manage several websites that cover a range of topics. John is a small business consultant, robot builder and photographer.
As an author, I write a nationally syndicated cooking column. www.ApronFreeCooking.com is my cooking blog. I share simple recipes and my stories about cooking adventures. I have done many cookbook reviews there. I find vintage cookbooks to be the neatest of all cookbooks.

We live in a small town located in North Central Ohio with our two rescue dogs, two "Followed Us Home" cats, four finches and a turtle. If we're not playing with the critters, we're brainstorming ideas for our next great thing.
