Felter and general crafty person

Based in Dorset, England.

I started felting several years ago and didn't stop! With felting you are only limited by your imagination. Even better is harnessing the ideas of the children whose drawings I make come to life in felt. Now they really do have some talent!

I am also a trained teacher and teach needle felt classes. If you are in east Dorset , or thereabouts, and fancy learning how to needle felt then drop me a line. It is a great activity for hen parties, getting together for a natter, teenage parties etc.

(My photographs are of the local area, and sometimes further afield.)

I have been needle felting for several years now. I love working with wool and the endless possibilities it presents. I also love a challenge, so if you want something made in felt drop me a message!

Hello! I am an individual crafter who works from home and felts for the love of it. I sell my work to fund my felting and I like happy customers!
I work very hard to make beautiful felt creations and most of these are sent out within a week. It is just me, so at busy periods it may take me a little longer to make and send your order. I will do my best to keep you informed up front and check you are okay with any delay.

I recycle packaging where possible because it is good for the environment and it keeps costs down for customers. Please don't think my recycled packaging reflects any less on the contents. My usual packaging is bubble wrap lined envelopes, plain cardboard gift boxes and organza bags (cardboard poster tubes for my poster).

I use the Royal Mail for U.K. and overseas sales. I combine postage where I can (I will refund you if this does not automatically happen at the checkout). I usually post 2nd class for U.K. mail to keep delivery costs down for customers. If you need your item quicker let me know. I can either speed up the production process or post 1st class.

According to the Royal Mail delivery to Europe takes 3 to 5 working days and delivery to the rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days. It sometimes takes longer though. Don't forget your package may also get held up in customs.

If your package does not arrive in good time and you have had delivery notification from me then please let me know. Often this means it is lost in the mail and I will look into it. I offer refunds or replacements if your order does not turn up.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love doing custom orders. For all custom orders we discuss what you would like. I will then make your order and send you photographs to ensure you are happy with the item. I can then make any adjustments necessary to suit you.
For large or complicated custom orders I will require an upfront payment. For most straightforward custom orders this is not usually necessary.
