The story of Arcade Lights
As a child I loved the comfort the Arcade provided with dim lighting, gum encrusted carpet, the metallic film you'd get on your fingers from handling tokens, and the thrill of gazing on the latest and greatest brightly colored display of technology and craftsmanship provided by Atari, Data East, Capcom, Sega, Konami, Nintendo, and many, many others.
What I want to do with Arcade Lights is to help preserve and protect at least a little bit of that childhood, while at the same time bringing the comfort and good times provided by those games back to those who knew them so well. All the marquees that I sell are original marquees, nothing is a reproduction. I do occasionally get ahold of what is called 'new old stock', which is a marquee that is original to the production of the game, but was never used for one reason or another, thus preserving the marquee in pristine condition.
I love that I can share a piece of my childhood and the joy of these games to people all over the world, and hope that even if you're just browsing the store you'll be taken back to the Arcade at least a little bit.
