Custom and personalized orders

We offer fully custom and personalized products. You can choose stone type, dimensions, edge profiles, and finish options. 3D design previews are available before production for approval.

Sizing details

All products can be made in standard or custom sizes. Measurements are available in both centimeters and inches. Due to the natural material, size tolerance is ±3 mm. Please confirm your required dimensions before placing an order.

Care instructions

Natural stone products should be cleaned with a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners. Wood and metal components should be maintained according to their finish type. A detailed care guide is included with every order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Products are packaged using foam padding + wooden crate + plastic stretch wrap for secure international transport. Gift wrapping is available for small items upon request. Large items cannot be gift-wrapped due to size and packaging requirements.

Wholesale availability

Bulk and B2B orders are accepted for hotels, villas, spas, architectural projects, and retailers. Wholesale pricing and lead times depend on the order quantity and product type.

Production time

Most products are made-to-order. Standard production time is 2–5 weeks, depending on size and customization.

Natural stone variations

Each stone piece is unique. Veining, color tone, and texture will vary naturally, making your item one-of-a-kind.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries using express air delivery, road freight, or sea freight, depending on the product size, weight, and destination.

Standard and smaller items are shipped via express courier services such as FedEx or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 8 business days.

Large, heavy, or oversized marble pieces are shipped via road freight or sea freight. Delivery times vary based on the destination and the selected logistics method.

Customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any local fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may vary by country.

Damage during shipping

Courier insurance included. Coverage subject to carrier terms.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, the buyer must:

Request an official written damage report from the courier at the time of delivery,

Take clear photos of the damaged package and product,

Record a short video showing the damage and the unopened or newly opened package.

Damage claims can only be processed when the courier damage report, photos, and video evidence are provided together.

We handle the claim directly with the carrier and will assist by supplying all required documentation.
