The Wording wasn't placed properly on the Stone, a few information was missing & the Rod for hanging it wasnt sturdy/strong enough when placed in the ground (it kept sinking in the ground from its weight 🤦‍♀️), this was brought to the attention of the Seller who apologized, rectified both situations & Replaced my Mom's Grave Marker - its now a pleasure to walk into my Church Memorial Garden to visit her every Sunday with my friends who raves about how 'unusual' it is, Thank you 👌
