Love the custom made table runner for Chinese New Year and it arrived super fast. The pics don’t do it justice. Also, the set of napkins are perfectly made. Arita uses great quality material and pays attention to detail, reliving excellence! This is my second purchase from her and will definitely order again soon. 🥰🥰🥰

These were a gift for my younger Sis who absolutely loved them 🥰 She loves decorating her home for all Seasons yet these are especially for Christmas 🌿❤️✨🎄 Thank you dear Arita 🙏🏻❤️

She accommodated my personalised request and was very helpful and paid attention to the smallest details, especially the napkins. The items arrived way before the estimated time of delivery, which of course I was super excited to receive. Great quality material and I'm impressed with the finishing of the final product. Highly recommended and will definitely go back to place more order in the future.

Returns & exchanges
Refunds are processed after the item is delivered back to me in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOM PAYS FULL COST OF RETURN SHIPPING
When you return the item, you should mark the custom form with "Returned goods" and under the column for "Value" you should write "N/A" (Non-Applicable). If you don't mark this correctly, I could be charged extra by Customs. If this happens, I will have to deduct custom charges from your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on my part.
