Do you stand behind your products?

Our goal is for you to have a 5 star experience every time you order. YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. A lot of time is put into making sure that our products are of the best quality and shipped safely- so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with, or have any concerns/questions about any of our products, please contact us so we can make it right.

How soon are orders shipped?

Most orders are processed in 1-4 business days of purchase.
Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday via USPS and average shipping time is 2-4 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be provided. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Rochester, NY

Care instructions

To make sure you get the best quality during use, make sure to keep your bath bombs in a dry cool place out of direct sunlight. A wet environment can lead to a decrease in the fizz by causing an early reaction, and too much sunlight can fade the beautiful colors in the bath bombs, causing them to dull. Though fantastic for your skin, oils can be slippery! Use caution when entering and exiting the tub.

Custom and personalized orders

We accept custom orders small and large!

Things we will need to know from you: What would you like to order? What size, scent, color, shape? What zip code will the order be shipping to? Having all of this in your inquiry message will help the process go faster and get a more accurate cost of the order.

Shipping- Wrong Address, Lost or Stolen Package

We ship ONLY to the address provided in your Etsy account so please verify you have the correct address before placing your order. We will try and assist you in the rare event that something goes wrong. All orders ship with a tracking number that will indicate when your package is transit and when it is delivered. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages nor orders shipped to a wrong address provided by you. If you need help to try and find a package please contact us to let us know. Note* Any orders that ship via priority mail include insurance and you can file a claim with the postal service if there is damage or the package does not arrive.

Do you wholesale or do bulk orders?

We do. Please send a message regarding what you would like and the quantities that you were expecting and we will get back to you as soon as possible! The more information you offer us, the faster and easier it us for us to get back to you!

Are your products Vegan?

Yes! All of our bath and body care is vegan, handmade, and cruelty free. We aim for the highest quality materials so that you can relax with peace of mind. After all, you deserve it.

Where are the reviews for Naamah, Lilith: any of the FallenAngel products?

We have moved our Etsy shop known as FallenAngelBeauty to this shop, but Etsy doesn't allow the transferring of our reviews. This doesn't mean they don't exist though! We have had hundreds of 5 star reviews whether it be on our Naamah or Lilith bath bombs- both scents created here by us!
