Carefully Packaged for Perfect Arrival

Every order is handled with utmost care. I personally hand-pack each shipment, guaranteeing that you receive the healthiest and happiest plants. We employ sturdy boxes and reinforced gummed paper tape to protect your purchase during transit.

Address Changes for orders that haven't shipped yet

To address your request, we kindly ask you to contact us directly to initiate a cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, you will have the option to update the shipping address as needed during the checkout process. If you encounter any challenges during this process, please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.


Claims and Returns

If you encounter any issues, please notify us within 48 hours of the item's recorded delivery. This includes reporting any damage sustained during shipping or missing items from your order. It's important to retain the original box and all packing materials for any claims. We appreciate your cooperation in this process.

Shipping and Processing

We strive to process and ship most orders within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. We primarily use USPS First Class or Ground Advantage with tracking. Items weighing over 1 lb will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, also with tracking.

Cold Weather Shipping

If you live in an area with freezing temperatures, we recommend purchasing heat packs available in our shop. Alternatively, we can hold your plant for a reasonable time until weather conditions improve. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for plant damage due to extreme weather circumstances.
