Ordered this back in May to be sure we got it in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas gift. After about 8 months of infrequent communication where typically I had to reach out first to even hear anything, the item was still not done. I had to hunt down the sellers email on their shop to get them to reply to me and finally get the item. The item is great quality and is an exact replica of the home, however the paint was (and still is) tacky to the touch upon arrival. The seller did give me a partial refund, which I appreciate, however the entire experience was beyond frustrating. I understand things happen but the lack of communication and almost 8 months of it was not ok.
