Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
After checkout, go to You > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. A computer is easiest for large files; phones can compress them.
What sizes are included?
Our wall art collections include 4:5 (8x10, 16x20), 2:3 (4x6 to 16x24), 3:4 (up to 18x24), 11x14 and A sizes (A5 to A3), all at 300 DPI. Each listing shows exactly what's included. Larger sets include the 8x10 files on Etsy plus a PDF link to every size, because Etsy limits uploads to 5 files of 20MB.
Where should I print my files?
At home on matte photo or fine art paper, at a local print shop, or with an online photo printer. Choose borderless printing at 100% / actual size for the best result.
Do you ship anything?
No. Everything in our shop is a digital download. No prints, frames or physical items are shipped.
Can I use the art commercially?
Our wall art is for personal use only: print it for your own home or as a gift. Please don't resell or share the files. Our design bundles state their licence in each listing.
What if something is wrong with my files?
Because files are delivered instantly we can't accept returns, but if a file won't open, download or print the way you expect, message us and we'll make it right quickly.
