WHAT'S THE CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME ?
- Instant download listings: Download links will be ready right after your payment is confirmed.
- Invitation Listings: 1-2 business days;
- Decoration Package Listings: 1-3 business days;
- Single personalized item Listings: 2-3 business days;
- Please leave all necessary personalization info at "Notes to seller" at checkout for faster turnaround.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS ?
Yes! Please message me with any questions you have about custom orders, or click the "request custom order" in the Etsy store.
WHAT ARE THE FILE FORMATS I WILL RECEIVE ?
- Decoration printable files: JPEG or PDF FILES;
- You can open all PDF files with Adobe PDF reader without any problem.
(!) PDF files can ONLY open and print with Adobe PDF reader.
CAN'T open with any other programs.
HOW TO PURCHASE WITHOUT OPENING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal. You need NOT have to open PayPal account when purchasing from this shop : https://www.etsy.com/help/article/339.

Yes, please message me and I'll be happy to resize your file free of charge up to one resizing.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Please write me a message on Etsy or on my e-mail (annanovik201616@gmail.com) and I will refund your money. Be sure to include your order number so that I can find you in the store settings.
If you are having issues with your files, we will gladly provide you with a new set of files ASAP.
