Due to the personalised nature of our printed orders, each item is specifically created for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as these items are not suitable for resale.

We will work with you to address the issue and find an appropriate solution which may include a replacement or refund. if possible, accompanying photos of the issue for a quicker resolution.
