Sizing details
Our designs are made big for the purpose of resizing, It is better to scale down a big design because the quality will suffer if you stretch a small design.
If the designs are too big for your application/ software, PLEASE USE THE PNG FILE FORMAT to scale down easier.
You may also ask us to scale down your designs if you really need a small file.
BLACK IMAGES OVER THE DESIGN WHEN USING CRICUT
Some SVG designs uploaded in Cricut (or other applications) will have black images, black paint splash, black grunge, black paint brush strokes over the designs. This is due to the clipping paths that makes the design details or design effects.

Cricut (and other software as well) does not separate clipping masks of the design.
The design files you purchase are checked if it is working properly. It is the compatibility of design files to the software or application that has an issue.
DESIGN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN CRICUT
Some designs are made with clipping masks which are lost when the SVG file is uploaded in Cricut.

AFTER DOWNLOAD - NOT SEEING DESIGN FILES
After purchasing your design files, the file will be downloaded as a compressed folder
you will need to extract the design file -
If you are using Windows OS:
Right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it
If you are using Mac/ Apple or iOS:
Double-click on the zipped file to unzip any zipped file on your Mac. This will prompt the Archive Utility tool to unzip the files in the same folder the zipped file is in. Click appropriate icons to access the extracted files.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PURCHASED DESIGNS
To download your purchased digital files, go to your Etsy accounts tab, under it go to Purchases and Reviews tab. There you will find all of your purchased digital files and from there you can download your files.
This won't work in the mobile app, so you should open your Etsy account in your browser.
AFTER DOWNLOAD, OTHER FILE TYPES SHOWED AND NOT WHAT I DESCRIBED
When you download your design files, file types may be changed from SVG to HTML or other design types. this might be because of your computer default settings when opening these file types
Do not worry because you still downloaded the same file type. You just have to open it directly to where you need the design file to open and use. or you could message us to help you which file type is which.
Please note that we are only selling AI - EPS - SVG - DXF and PNG design file types.
