🍀For Digital Files: you will get the digital files within 1-3 days (include weekend days) after your approval. You can use digital files to print the artwork yourself at a local print shop or online printing services.
🍀For Physical Prints:
- Production typically takes around 2-7 business days.
- Your artwork will be delivered in 2-7 business days after production.

Your artwork got delivered but damaged. What should you do?
If your artwork is damaged in shipping or if anything wrong with it, please send us a massage immediately, we will be happy to replace it for you without extra charge. We just need you to send us photos showing the damage of the artwork (and the shipping box if it also get damage) for us to handle the claim process with our carrier. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Custom and personalized orders
We can customize any item that you want. We have put many listings of different styles that we offer. However, if you would like to have some custom artwork that we did not offer in listings, just send us a massage. We are more than happy to try our best to customize that for you.
