4 out of 5 starsWe were pleased with this purchase but believe it or not, had difficulty hanging it. Something was "off" with the frame, making it hard to balance using the installed hardware. We finally went to hardware store and screwed in 2 additional hooks, so we could hang with picture wire. I can only assume that the wrapping/protection during shipping wasn't as good as it should have been. Photo submitted shows the canvas pickering, which supports the suggestion that frame wasn't even.

4 out of 5 starsThe artwork itself is beautiful, and the seller was very responsive when I contacted him about a stretching issue with the original canvas. He immediately sent a replacement at no additional charge, which I appreciated. While the replacement was perfectly stretched, unfortunately it had a noticeably different color palette from both the original and the listing. I contacted the seller again, and he ultimately worked with me to reach a fair resolution. He issued a partial refund so that I could have the original re-stretched and allowed me to keep the replacement as well. He was very kind and courteous in our communication, and I appreciate his willingness to stand behind his work and resolve the situation fairly. I love the piece and am glad that it ultimately worked out.

He responds quickly and alwaya detailed. I cant say enough how wonderful my experience was. The item arrived within days, from the other side of the world, carefully and properly packaged for shipping. If you are considering an item from this seller, i would say buy it!
