He demonstrated that he really wanted to get it right for my Dad’s gift - sending lots of photos and descriptions to ensure accuracy. He checked in often to make sure he was on track. Delivery was efficient. The final product - beautiful, lovely quality, and has prompted memories and dialogue about happy times in the cars! Thank you Chris!
