We ship all of our orders within 1 business day. Our prints are posted every working weekday.

We use Royal Mail shipping unless another option is chosen at checkout. Royal Mail then work with their delivery partners in each country. For example, they pass mail onto USPS in the US.

Our prints are unframed. We do not sell prints with frames.

There are lots of lovely frames available online in places such as Etsy and Amazon that fit my prints. When looking, all you need to do is search using the A size that you’d like (not the measurements). So if you buy a size A2 print for example, you should search for- 'frame to fit A2 print'.

Ikea also sells frames that fit. Their sizes are different but they have helpful information in their stores that tell you what size would fit as their sizes are in cm / inches and not A sizes.

Please message us individually for this. We can create custom orders but these may cost more than the prints listed.

We ship orders quickly but we cannot guarantee delivery times at any time unless special delivery (UK only) is selected. We will work with buyers to identify any potential delays in delivery. Please message us through Etsy if you are concerned about your order.

We do not sell digital downloads.

- Always handle you Giclée print wearing cotton gloves and avoid touching the print itself
- If you don’t have gloves, make sure you have clean hands and do not touch the ink – even the smallest amount of oil or grease that occurs naturally can damage your print
- Always hold the print by it’s edges and do not bend it
- To uncurl a print place the print on a flat, clean surface away from direct sunlight and leave the print in the protective wrapping. Place a book, or another heavy object on the very ends of the print. After a few hours the print should become flat.
