For my art comissions, earbuds, and custom shells; you may cancel if I have not started your order! I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges (unless under certain circumstances... it ARRIVES broken)
Do note I may cancel your order and refund you if I am unable to complete it in time due to medical issues OR if you do not respond to my messages within a certain time frame.
Sizing details of shells
No shell is the same size!!! Despite the shells being in different categories we cannot guarantee that the shells will be the exact size as shown. Every shell is unique.
Are your earrings hyperallogenic?
Unfortunately none of my earrings are hyperallogenic EXCEPT for https://ashisawkward.etsy.com/listing/1742844916/abalone-hoop-earrings-butterfly-earrings
What if my order ARRIVES damaged/broken?
I will send you another shell FREE OF CHARGE if your shell arrives broken (please send me pictures) and note that the replacement you get may not be 100% exact as I hand paint these shells

You have to send earrings BACK TO ME (I will cover the shipping) and I will happily fix them for you and send them back your way! ONCE AGAIN, PICTURES ARE REQUIRED. I may even be able to help you fix the damage, remotely!
