What is your return or exchange policy?
Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for simple change-of-mind. However, we stand behind our products! If your order arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we will happily send a replacement or provide a refund.
The color looks different on my screen. Will it match exactly?
Monitor and phone screens calibrate colors differently, so there can be a slight variation between the image online and the final printed product. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible in our photos.
