Do I need photoshop?

I can't find the PSD
If you purchased a photoshop file they are very large files and we need to send via dropbox. Please open the PDF document to find the link to the PSD
Can I use Elements?
While most files were designed for Photoshop, Elements does work as well. Our team does not troubleshoot the program.
Can you place the image for me?
Yes! We can place the image for you into any of our templates. Please purchase the "editing service" once you have purchased the template you want. This is an added fee ontop of the template. Turn around is 1-2 business days.
I realized I bought the wrong one
Not to worry. If we can verify that you have not downloaded the original purchase, we can exchange it. If you have already downloaded it, we can not exchange/refund.
