Return Policy
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you wish to return an non personalised item, please send it back to 34 Somerton Road, Macclesfield, SK11 8SE within 30 days of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, including postage costs
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Royal Mail only considers item lost 10 working days after the expected delivery date, we can only replace or return items which fall out of this timeframe.

The processing time for each order will be displayed in the individual listing. We work on a first come, first served basis. During busier times, the processing time may be longer than usual. However, we will do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class or 1st Class service depending on the option selected at checkout, which has a delivery time of 1-3 working days. Please note that this is not a tracked service. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. No, we do not offer next day delivery or same day dispatch. All items are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the processing times for each item are clearly displayed on the individual listing. Once your order is processed, all items are sent via first-class mail, which typically has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. Yes, all of our cards can include a printed message inside. Simply select 'Printed Message' and add your message in the personalisation box before checkout.

Personalisation options vary depending on the design. The product description and personalisation instructions will clearly state if the front of the card can be customised.
What if I want to make a small change?
Some designs can’t be fully personalised due to their layout or style. However, if you’d like a small adjustment, please send us a message before ordering – we’ll always do our best to help.
