PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
MY ORDER SAYS PRETRANSIT I know many items that I have definitely dropped off at the post office are still marked “pre transit” Usually they just have not scanned these in or missed scanning (many of them are just the stickers in cards) and hopefully will pick up by tracking soon. But they are not just sitting at my house. If I print a label, I do drop it off at the post office the same day. ❤️
I will try to get out orders ASAP (despite what Etsy shipping says) but if you want to make sure it gets to you on time please order as soon as you can. I will not do express shipping because it is unreliable. Suncatchers I will *try* to get done within a week and send out asap. If you have questions please message me BEFORE ordering.
Please note I do not sell any of my images. If you would like them to be printed on an item I work with The Dental Gift Shop to do that. If there’s something you’d like on a shirt etc. please message me or check out www.thedentalgiftshop.com because it is likely on something already!
USPS has increased their postage prices, so I have had to adjust my sticker shipping fees according to that. So if you noticed an increase in shipping price, that is why.
FRIDAY AND MONDAY are my shipping days when I drop off orders. I know it is the holidays, so I will try my best to get orders out ASAP (I am working during the week so it is hard for me to get to the post office on work days) If you have any questions please send me a message ❤️
USPS DELAYS/SAYS DELIVERED BUT IS NOT
Hi friends!
USPS has been experiencing delays lately. Sometimes your item will be marked as “delivered” when it has not been. The USPS site says please allow 2 days after you see this for the mail to actually be delivered. I asked my local office about this and they told me that this can happen at the distribution center for some reason the scanner will make it as delivered, but to give just a few extra days to allow it to arrive.
Also they recommend signing up for informed delivery. This is a free service with USPS that shows mail that is to be delivered to your home.

Frequently asked questions
What if I my package wasn’t delivered or the address is wrong?
Oh dear! Accidents do happen sometimes and I will work my best to resolve this issue. Unless you indicate otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have provided to Etsy/Paypal. Please review your address prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.
If your package says it was delivered, and it was not, please check your junk mail and neighbors first. Stickers come in cards and can end up there accidentally. USPS also says allow 2 days after an item is marked delivered to show up. After that please contact me.
What if my package was damaged?
Please contact me and we will try to figure it out!
Does listing include the frame?
No, all listings are for ART PRINTS or DIGITAL DOWNLOADS only. No frame or any other items pictured are included. If you like the frame- I bought it at Micheals! It’s called a floating frame :)
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not gift wrap prints marked as a gift but I will include a card with your “note” inside of it. I also won’t include the order receipt (because it has price etc), if you need a copy of your receipt I can email it to you.

Paper
I use a heavy weight cardstock paper to print on. I go through each sheet inspecting it, but remember paper is a natural product and sometimes the printing process isn’t perfect so sometimes there’s slight speckles or variances.

Currently, I do not sell any of my images. If you want the image to be on a certain item (like a shirt) my partner Julie (with The Dental Gift Shop) can put my images on a variety of items, so please reach out to me if you are interested!
