Shipping
Many items have a timeframe listed which is available under the shipping tab for the individual item. Sterling Silver not ready made takes as much as 3 weeks to create.
Tracking and insurance up to 50$ is provided in the basic shipping cost. Shipping add on's can change the total shipping cost.
How often are messages checked?
I am just one person making the products and managing all social media, so it takes a few days for a reply. I try to check everyday for order issues, prioritizing those as much as possible.
Custom and personalized orders
Most items are made to order. Along with custom/personal listings, these items are ineligible for return. This includes sterling silver pieces that require sizing. I cannot accept these as they were made to fit a specific individual.
If there is a question of the materials being used ("this isn't sterling silver/a certain gemstone, ect") it will require the sign off of an accredited jeweler that the materials aren't as advertised in order to be eligible for return. This is to prevent issues of buyer remorse or fraud.
Exchanges are made as returns are not accepted.
Made to order can take up to three weeks to fulfill. Difficulty of project can create variance. Time spent researching, drafting and construction are included in the cost.
