I'm in love with my logo and so are the people I've shared it with. Quick delivery as well. Customer service is TOP TIER!! I will shop again for my next project.

Do you sell physical prints of your art?
At this time, we only offer digital files! Please contact us directly via Etsy messages if you have any questions about accessing or printing your digital files.
How do I access my files?
After purchase, you can go to www.etsy.com/your/purchases to access your files. You will receive a link to a Google Drive folder where you can access all your files.
How do I access my logo design files?
After your purchase, I will deliver your initial logo design. We will then proceed with the revisions included in your package. Once the final design is approved, the files will be delivered to you via WeTransfer.
Do you offer Zoom calls?
I offer 1-on-1 Zoom video calls. Message me on Etsy to book your session now, and let's map out your brand together on a quick video call!
Do you accept returns or exchanges for logos?
If after revisions my work does not meet your needs, you will receive a refund via PayPal. This applies only to logo/brand identity designs.
Can I cancel my order?
After purchasing, Etsy automatically grants you access to the digital files. For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations.
