I was looking for a birthstone necklace for my niece's 13th birthday. It is a special birthday (teenage status) and I wanted a quality necklace that she would have for years, but more importantly that she would actually want to wear. So it had to be cool too. This necklace exceeded my expectations and she wears it every day. She loves it! I even heard how much she loves it from other family members. It was the perfect blend of quality, cool and at a reasonable price for a 13 year old.

At Heart Essentials is a small home based company located on the lovely West Coast of Vancouver Island, established in 2015.

I've paired my love for designing + creating jewelry with my experience as a Reiki practitioner. Each piece is intentionally made, charged, and can also be cleansed with Reiki (healing / universal energy) if you chose to do so. I tend to use gemstones in a lot of my designs for their extra healing properties. My hope is that you feel the balance, recharged and beautiful, like the grace of a butterfly embracing transformation
