We're spending a lot of time outdoors, whether on the beach or hiking up the peak of Mount Haleakala before dawn to watch the sunrise (brrrr)! Time for a hat and shawl ...

I continue to be inspired by intense colors and textures as they play in the light -- fishies in the water, coral, flowers, turquoise, onyx, jasper, tourmaline, charcoal, pastels; gold, silver, shell, wood, glass, crystal, paper, sand, and of course all colors of yarn.
