To keep your items looking their best:
• Turn inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to air dry for best results
• Do not iron directly on the embroidery
• Do not dry clean
Proper care will help preserve the embroidery and keep your items soft and long-lasting!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, I don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, I'll gladly help if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Will the colours look exactly the same in person?
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting, but I aim to display them as accurately as possible.
How long is shipping?
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
