I received the hops in great shape. Very effective packaging to keep the hops fresh. They were in the mail the next day and sent priority. You just can't beat the quality and service from Gretchen.

We started Athens Hops, LLC in 2017 with the goal of growing local, high-quality, and chemical-free hops in Ohio.

We are the Gregory family and took the plunge by expanding our vegetable gardens to include a hop yard in 2017. As if growing and preserving our own food wasn’t tricky enough, we decided to throw hops into the mix.

Our hops are local, high-quality, and chemical-free. Our Mylar packaging can’t be beat, and we ship Priority mail to ensure our hops are fresh when they arrive.

We are located in the hills of Southeastern Ohio just outside Athens, home to Ohio University.
