It's going to be so easy to clean as well, which is a necessity but what really impressed me was the customer service. Care instructions
Most of my products are made from PLA, an eco‑friendly material that is strong and lightweight but not as heat‑resistant as other plastics. Please keep PLA items away from high heat (for example: inside a hot car, near heaters, or in direct sunlight for long periods), as they may warp.
Some items—especially vehicle accessories—are made from PETG, which is more heat‑resistant and better suited for warm environments. PETG can handle higher temperatures but should still be kept away from extreme heat.
For both materials, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, or harsh chemicals.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer, so they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
However, if there is an error on my end—such as the wrong name, color, or style being sent—I will gladly remake or replace the item at no cost. Your satisfaction matters, and I always make exceptions when the mistake is mine.
