Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item you purchased please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and will need to be shipped with in 14 days after contact of return. Please make sure the item is well packaged and all original packaging is included.

Returns will include a 15% restocking fee. Any damage or loss in value will include an additional deduction from the items refund. A refund will be issued once the Attic Rabbit has received the returned item.

*The Attic Rabbit is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, damaged or stolen items.

Your item arrived damaged

If your item has arrived damaged please hold onto the item and all of the packaging materials! UPS or the shipping provider will require proof of the damaged item and pictures of all packaging materials to file a claim.

If an item has arrived damaged please contact me as soon as possible and I will process a claim with the shipping provider!

This rarely happens but sometimes anything is possible. I take extra time to package all items very securely to prevent any damage occurring during shipment.
*Items that arrive damaged the Attic Rabbit is not responsible and can not provide a refund or replacement item. Please keep packaging materials to provide to the shipping provider to file a claim.

Care instructions

Care instructions differ from each individual item. I do recommend for the best care that all items are not left outside or in harsh conditions.
Items left outside can result in discoloration overtime and can lessen the longevity of your art or decor.

To clean: Use canned air to remove unwanted dust bunnies. Please do not use any household cleaners or chemicals on artwork.

Please, before you order make sure to check measurements and sizing of your space before placing an order!

Please read all the item description listed with the item prior to ordering. Attic Rabbit does not accept returns or exchanges.

Please double check the shipping address! Once and item is shipped I can not change the shipping address or refund shipping costs. *All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer in the event the wrong address was given or changed.
