Although most of our wood is treated with an oil that seals and finishes the wood, we do not intend for our products to be placed somewhere open to the elements or likely to get wet. We cannot accept returns for items that have been placed in such locations.
Shipping
We're a small business that takes pride in our product and customer service but we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or late packages caused by the shipping carrier. Packages are out of our control after they leave us.
Cancelled Orders
Orders that are cancelled after they have already shipped must be returned in resellable condition at the buyer's expense.
