Looking for something made just for you?
I'd be delighted to create a custom piece tailored to your space. Most designs can be adapted in size, and colour palette, allowing you to create a piece that perfectly complements your home.
If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to get in touch before placing your order. I'll be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a personalised quote if needed.
As each custom piece is individually handcrafted, full payment is required before production begins.
Please note that every artwork is made by hand, so slight variations in texture and finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece truly one of a kind.
Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How should I care for my artwork?
Each Aulina Studio piece is handcrafted using quality textile materials.
To keep your artwork looking its best:
• Display indoors only.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Keep away from excessive moisture and humidity.
• Gently remove dust using a soft brush, lint roller or a low-power vacuum with a brush attachment.
• Handle with care to preserve the textured surface.
With proper care, your artwork will remain a beautiful part of your home for years to come.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with a tracked shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the destination, postal services, customs processing (where applicable) and seasonal demand, particularly during holidays.
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties and customs charges are prepaid before dispatch. This means you won't have any unexpected customs fees to pay when your order is delivered.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Returned items must be sent in their original condition and carefully packaged, to ensure they arrive safely.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If an item is damaged during return transit due to insufficient or inadequate packaging, I may be unable to issue a full refund.
For returns sent from countries outside the European Union, any import duties, customs charges or customs clearance fees incurred when the parcel is returned will be deducted from the refund.
