Will the prints be framed?

Our prints are sent unframed. If you require a pre-framed print we can send a custom quote.

Do you accept returns?

If your item is faulty, please contact us asap so we can resolve the issue. We do not accept returns for custom orders.

If you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund. As we make everything to order, we do not offer a free return service. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying. Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, complete with all corner protectors and bubble wrap, or they will not be accepted. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Items must be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund.

How will my prints be packaged?

A4 Prints are packaged in a sturdy hard-back envelopes. Larger prints are rolled in tubes.

Custom and personalised orders

We sometimes take custom orders. Please note their will be an extra fee to customize order and once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns for custom orders.

Sizing details

Please be aware that products shipped within the UK/EU/Canada are sized to the nearest cm. In the US and AU, they are sized to the nearest inch.

European sizing is as follows:

A0 size is 1189 x 841mm - ( 46.8x 33.1 inches )
A1 size is 841 x 594mm - ( 33.1 x 23.4 inches )
A2 size is 594 x 420mm - ( 23.4 x 16.5 inches )
A3 size is 420 x 297mm - ( 16.5 x 11.7 inches )
A4 size is 297 x 210mm - ( 11.7 x 8.3 inches )


We recommend that you measure up for the size you need. We generally find that customers prefer to size up if they are considering two different sizes.

If you need another size we are happy to provide a quote.

Update Shipping Details

Please ensure you have submitted the correct shipping details at the time of purchase. If you need to change an address and the item hasn't shipped please send a us a message requesting an update.

Unfortunately, we are unable to rectify orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If a parcel has been lost, please get in touch so we can arrange a replacement. For items damaged in the post we require a photo of the packaging AND contents so we can either send a replacement or arrange a refund. This allows us also allow us to file claims with the courier and prevent such damage in the future.

Please provide a photo that clearly shows the product error. For example, if you received the wrong size, take a photo of the backdrop with a tape measure so we can see the size of the print you received. If the item was damaged in shipping, please provide a photo of the damaged box as well as the damage to the product.

International returns

We accept international returns. If you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund. As we make everything to order, we do not offer a free return service and are unable to provide a return label. For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.
