Excellent shipping but ordered blue and got green.

Based solely on the T-shirt, it was gorgeous. He will love it. Customer service? Had I another option of where to get it, I would have told him where to put this T-shirt. Ordered on July 11th, and it said 1-3 business days. Waited a week, finally messaged them. They told me it was "out for pickup". Waited another week, messaged them asking where it was. NO ANSWER. Tried again a few days later, no answer. Finally threatened to dispute with Etsy and it was an immediate answer. I was told his " roomate" was supposed to be taking care of the business while he was away and he would take care of it. Granted, it was shipped out that night and arrived quickly. But no apology, no offer of even a partial refund for the trouble. If I hadn't raised a fuss, I'd still be sitting here wondering where it was!
