Announcement    Thanks for visiting our shop! If you're ordering custom labels or stamps, all proofs are sent by email within 2 business days and we'll begin production as soon as you approve your proof(s).

All the text on our labels and stamps can be customized, and if you need additional text that's not a problem. The graphics and font styles are as shown in the example image, but we do offer custom variations and one-of-a-kind designs through our website if you don't find what you're looking for here. Feel free to get in touch with us at help @ authenticheirlooms.com for custom design services or additional size options.

We'll keep all your labels on file for you, so if you're ordering reprints of a previous order just put "reprint" in place of your customization details and we'll skip the proof and get your order straight into production. For label orders, please allow 1-2 business days for printing once you've approved your proofs.

Transit times may be extended due to postal delays, and in some cases we're seeing missing or delayed acceptance scans after packages are handed off to USPS. Don't hesitate to contact us with questions about your order, but rest assured that your package is on the way even if the tracking number takes some time to start working! USPS picks up at our location Monday-Saturday, and orders are put out for our carrier as soon as you receive your shipping notification.

Please note that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, but we do ship ahead of schedule whenever we can. To speed processing of your order, please keep an eye out for your proof email (we'll send a follow-up message on Etsy if we don't get a response back).
