★Return Policy★
Returns are accepted 14 days within delivery. All returns must be sent with original packaging. Unreturned jewelry boxes will incur a $5 fee per box. We do not accept returns that show any sign of wear or have been tarnished. The delivery date is the date the mail carrier attempts to make their first delivery.

Returns must be mailed with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Postage is the customers responsibility.

★Repair Policy★
We will repair jewelry, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase. To start the repair process, please include your order number and a photo of the item that needs to be repaired. You must physically have the piece of jewelry to start this process. Tarnishing does not constitute a repair.

★ Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Keep in mind processing times do not include shipping times.

★ Production and shipping times are approximate and do not take holidays into consideration.

Hi There! My name is Terri and I'm the designer & creator of Ava Hope Designs. I have always had a passion for design, fashion & accessories. I have two great kids, ages 20 & 18 and an amazing husband who has been incredibly supportive of this venture.

I started Ava Hope Designs to give back to The Brigham & Women NICU after my sister had twin girls at 23 weeks. Ava Hope was 1.6 oz and Emma Faith was 1.8 oz.
The doctors and nurses at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston fought so hard to save their lives. But sadly, after 37 days of precious life, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Ava Hope. Our angel who will live in our hearts forever.

For every item sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to The Brigham & Women NICU in her memory. Over $14,000 has been donated since I started selling on Etsy in 2011. Amazing!!! I couldn't have done this without all of my wonderful customers!! I feel truly blessed to have this opportunity. I can't Thank my customers enough!!
