Aveline was created from a love of meaningful celebrations and thoughtfully designed details. Whether you're planning a wedding, celebrating a birthday, hosting a bachelorette weekend, decorating for a special event, or searching for the perfect personalized gift, my goal is to help make life's biggest moments feel beautiful, memorable, and uniquely yours.
My passion for design became even more personal after planning my own wedding in March 2026. As a bride, I quickly realized that it's often the smallest details that leave the biggest impression. Many of the products you'll find in my shop were originally designed for my own wedding and tested in real celebrations to ensure they're not only beautiful, but practical, functional, and easy to personalize.
That experience continues to inspire every new collection I create.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Aveline’s control. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages. For any delivery issues, please reach out directly to the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, you can request the GPS location of the final scan from the carrier and file a report with your local police department.
Will I get a refund if an item goes on sale after I order?
Prices are final at the time your purchase is completed. We do not offer partial refunds or price adjustments if a product is discounted after your order has been placed.
Can digital download items be returned or canceled?
All digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased. However, if you experience any issues with your file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Are refunds ever offered?
Because each item is made to order, we do not provide refunds. If your item arrives damaged, it is insured for up to $100 through USPS, and you can file a claim directly with them to receive reimbursement. If you would like to insure your package for a higher amount, please request this at checkout. When filing a claim, you must keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos of both the item and the packaging. In some cases, USPS may require you to bring these materials to the post office or provide proof that the item was properly disposed of. Please note: any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you allow returns, exchanges, or changes after delivery?
Since all products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or modification requests once an order has been delivered. We encourage you to share all preferences and details during the ordering process so we can create your item exactly as requested. We’re always happy to work with you ahead of time to ensure everything is just right!
