Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Ready to ship items will ship the same or next day. Made to order items will ship in 1-2 days or 3-5 days. (Please refer to individual listings for more details)
How can I track my order?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a link for tracking. You can also view the status of your order under your Etsy purchases.
Can I get that in a different size/color?
Most of my items are available in multiple colors and finishes or include options to personalize. Please feel free to message me about custom orders and special sizing options. (Ex. shortening the length of a necklace, adding an extra charm, or creating something unique just for you.)
How do I mark an order as a gift and leave a note?
When you place an order you will have an option to mark your order as a gift and will be promted to leave a note for the recipient. You may leave this blank or write a personalized message. I do not send out order reciepts, so you do not have to worry about the recipient seeing any pricing information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is now available for all domestic orders over $35, no coupon code necessary.
