Frequently asked questions
Will you reship if a package is lost?
If the package is lost by USPS we will reship at our expense. If the package tracks as 'delivered' we are unable to reship or refund the order.
Can you advise on use?
Unfortunately, due to regulations we are unable to do so. And sell all our products as bulk botanicals with no directions or claims.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we do offer wholesale for registered businesses. Please contact us.
When is a package deemed lost?
Due to the pandemic and the holidays, mail has been very slow. We recommend selecting Priority & Express options. For Free Delivery if your package isn't delivered within 14 business days we will reship.
My order tracks as delivered but I didn't receive
Unfortunately once an order tracks as delivered we are unable to do anything. We recommend contacting USPS & opening up a case who will be able to use GPS coordinates to track your package.
International Orders Tracking
We cover international packages until they scan in their destination country. Please Note: International Orders can take up to 30 business days to be delivered. Bear this in mind when ordering. We have no control over transit/custom delays.
I would like to require 'Signature' on my package
If you would like to request signature delivery please select USPS Priority or USPS Express at checkout and leave us a note & we will add signature at no extra cost.
Please Note: We reserve the right to add signature to any order. If you place a higher value order and do not want signature please leave us a note with a waiver of our liability.
Oops I shipped my package to the wrong address.
If the package is returned to us then we will offer a refund or reship to the correct address at our expense. Unfortunately, we do not cover packages that are not returned to us if there was an issue with the original address the buyer provided.
I'm worried about my package being stolen.
We offer upgrades to Express & Priority shipping options. If you select this option and leave an order note to 'add signature' then we will do so free of charge. We do not offer signature with the free shipping option. And we do not cover packages that track as delivered but buyer states they didn't receive.
Can I return an item?
We ship all our products in clear plastic pouches so they can be inspected before opening. If you wish to return an unopened item please contact as and we'll be happy to assist. Once a package has been opened we are unable to accept returns.
