Notice of Order Arrangement During the Spring Festival

Thank you for your continued support and trust in awesometal . As the Chinese New Year approaches, we would like to inform you of our order arrangement during this period to ensure a smooth process for your orders.

You’ve reached me outside of my normal hours, but I’ll try to respond as soon as I’m back. In the meantime, be sure to read my full item descriptions and shop policies, where you’ll find answers to lots of common questions.

Order Acceptance
During the Spring Festival holiday (from January 25th to February 5th, 2025), we will continue to accept orders. Your orders will be recorded and processed after the holiday.

Product Preparation and Shipping
Due to the factory shutdown during the Spring Festival, the preparation of all orders will begin after February 8th, 2025. Shipping will be carried out progressively based on the product preparation schedule, and there may be some delays compared to normal times.

Suggestions and Tips
To avoid any impact on your business, we recommend placing your orders in advance so that we can reserve production schedules for you. If you have any urgent order requirements, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
