The first delivery was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. There were some communication issues with the seller, but eventually, I was sent a replacement which did arrive. On inspection of the shipping label, the address was input incorrectly. Fortunately, that didn't cause another incorrect delivery. The build quality of the item is great.

It's great quality! The design is flawed though. The padding is short/tall on the wrong sides. It actually balances/lays perfect when used upside down, but then you don't get the wrist pad. I wish the short pad was on the wrist side. It would lay/sit perfect if it was that way.
