Can I use Apple ID for the purchase?
==> Do not use Apple ID to log into etsy to purchase the templates
Apple ID may blockout the important information like email address required by templett to send you the link to mail.
Without that info you wont receive the templates in your mail!
Does this work on Mobile or tabs or Ipads
==> No Templett doesnt work on these devices, We recommend you to have Computer or laptop for editing the templates on templett
How and when will i receive my template after purchase? How it works?
NOTE: Sometimes it might take up-to 20-30 min to receive the mail
==> You will receive the mail [Email address you used to log into the Etsy] from Templett to access you purchased templates (You wont receive the mail from Etsy)
Please check your spam folder just in case
==> You can access your purchases using your order number and email address.

What can and cant be edited?
==> You can change:
• Font Colour, Size, Style
• Font Placement
• Background Colour(Solid Color)
• Add your photo or art
• Move, rotate, add, delete, etc.
==> You can't change (Message me if you want the size or orientation changed)
• Orientation of the card
• Artwork or design
Will the printed version look different than the digital one?
==> Printing uses CMYK color Scheme and Digital products that we see are in RGB colors, So there would be change in appearances due to the individual screen and/or printer settings.
