Comply with Etsy's policies and my legal obligations
Protect my shop and prevent fraud or misuse

I do not use information obtained from Etsy buyers to send unsolicited marketing messages or add buyers to an external mailing list.

Information sharing

I share personal information only when necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Etsy: I receive and use buyer information through Etsy as necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and comply with Etsy's policies and terms.
Legal requirements: I may retain or disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of my customers, my shop, or others.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Etsy and its service providers have their own privacy practices. This policy does not apply to information collected or processed directly by Etsy or other third parties. Please refer to Etsy's own Privacy Policy for information about how Etsy handles personal information. Etsy and sellers are separate data controllers of buyer information under EU law.
