We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Some items are personalized and specifically created for you. Therefore, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on these pieces unless there is a fault.
However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and essential, so if you have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us. We would love to find a solution that works for you.
The buyer is generally responsible for the return of the item. If it was free shipping by us, the original shipping cost of around $4 will be deducted from the total refund.
Sizing details
We can provide custom lengths for most necklaces, bracelets, and anklet chains. If the size you are looking for is not on the menu, please write to us. We might be able to make it happen.
Please note that our chain lengths are given in inches and NOT includes length of clasps.
