Is this a printed sewing pattern?

No. BARBARA et Co. sewing patterns are digital products. You receive files to download; no paper pattern or physical item will be shipped.

Which language is included?

The launch editions are supplied in English. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, the pattern information, sewing instructions, and customer guide are in English only.

Where do I find my Etsy download?

Sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser, open Your account > Purchases, locate the order, and select Download Files. Etsy also sends a download email when the files are available.

Can I download a digital purchase in the Etsy app?

Not at present. Etsy currently requires you to use Etsy.com in a mobile browser or on a computer. This is an Etsy platform limitation, not a restriction placed on the files by BARBARA et Co.

My download is a ZIP file. What should I do?

Extract the ZIP before opening its contents. On most computers, you can double-click the ZIP or right-click and choose Extract. On a phone or tablet, use the device’s file manager or a compatible extraction app. Print the PDF inside the extracted folder, not the ZIP itself.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

These are digital sewing patterns. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. Your legal rights remain unaffected; please see our Terms and Conditions and withdrawal information for details. If you have a problem with your files, contact us through Etsy Messages or at support@barbaraetco.com.

How do I choose my BRIGITTE size?

Read the sewing instructions in full before choosing your size and cutting your fabric. Compare your bust, waist, hip, and upper-arm measurements with both the Body Measurements and Finished Garment Measurements charts. BRIGITTE has a deliberately relaxed fit, with ease already included. The finished measurements help you assess the fullness and lengths you prefer; do not choose from your usual ready-to-wear size alone.

How do I print BRIGITTE and use the PDF layers?

Start with START HERE and choose A4 or US Letter for home printing, or A0 or US Copyshop for a print service. Use a desktop PDF reader with layer support. Select your size and one seam-allowance version: With or Without Seam Allowance. Print at 100% / Actual Size and measure the control square before printing the complete pattern. ALL LABELS switches labels on or off; it does not undo individual layer changes. Use Reset To Initial Visibility to restore the opening view. For projection, follow the Projector Quick Guide and complete its calibration checks before cutting.
