take in consideration that custom designs might require a minimum of 2-3 weeks to order that doesn't include the shipping delivery.

Orders are final sale, returns are not allowed.
Be aware that the processing time is different for certain orders. If you need more than 2 dozens let me know before placing them due to the processing time is a little longer.
That way I may coordinate in a timely manner so your order gets to you on time.

-No refunds will be given due to carrier delays.
-You may be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

The cookies arrived here nicely packaged, and all in tact. They are adorable! My party is tomorrow and the seller guaranteed they would be here in time. I was getting nervous but to my surprise the cookies were here today. They are of nice quality and freshly made. The seller was also very attentive to my messages and got back to me in a timely manner. Thank you! :)
