very cute! hard to use, though. still worth it!

I purchased the keychain on 10/17. On 10/31 Etsy said I should have received my item. I messaged the seller and started a claim once there was no reply. On 11/12 the seller messaged me apologizing for the delay, issued a full refund as soon as he sent the message, and still sent the item which I received today 12/1. The item is exactly as described. It’s great quality and unique which is exactly why I wanted it. I wish the communication would have been better with the seller, but I understand things happen. He didn’t have to apologize or refund me since I still wanted the item. He certainly didn’t have to refund me as well as send me the item. Overall I’m pretty happy with the transaction even if I did wait longer than I anticipated.

I love this item: small, effective, durable, and personalized. But 12 days after it was supposed to ship, it hadn't arrived and I had received no shipping notice. I contacted the seller, and when they did not reply after two days I opened a case. The seller then shipped the item, but did not send me a tracking number or a personal note apologizing for the delay. Quite a hassle.

I got the Texas bottle opener/keychain, I had coordinates printed on it. My item arrived quick and exactly as described. Brandon was good at communicating and send mockups. I would really recommend. It was a great gift.

The actual bottle opener itself is beautiful, heavy duty, and looks better than the pics. I just had a lot of problems with shipping I had to contact him twice and report it for it to even be sent out. He was really nice but I ordered it for my bfs birthday for the 15 of November it didn’t get here till almost the 26... so late.
