Care instructions
Our items are Collectibles and costume pieces and while we try to build our products as durable as possible please understand that they need to be treated with care.
Paint can be scratched, resin can break and plastic can melt at high temperatures.
Please keep this in mind and you'll be able to enjoy our products for a very long time.
My item arrived broken inside the packaging, will you refund it?
We do our best to pack all items in a way so they don't get damaged during transportation. If the item still arrives broken, please contact us immediately and send us pictures of both the packaging and the broken item.
All of our packages are insured. Once you send us the pictures we can take it up with the postal services and arrange the return and replacement in due time.
Please note that we can only replace a broken item if the damage is reported immediately upon arrival.
