When should I expect my item to be shipped out?

Usually we try to fulfill the order ASAP(1day). Some orders require more time, refer to the listing description.

I have put the wrong address, what should I do?

Please let us know ASAP. We can change the address before we have dropped it off to the postal office. Once it's at the postal office, there is nothing we can do. ;(

I want my Item to be extra special, can you help?

We do accept custom requests. We are happy to make custom designs for you. Our designer will work with you to help fulfill your vision.

Shipping took too long. I'm not happy :(

We understand your frustration. Once your item goes out of our hands, there is nothing we can do to aid postal services with delivery. Some areas during certain seasons experience different weather anomalies that can impact shipping times. If your item got lost we can help you contact postal services to figure out what happened.
